SHIPPING POLICY

 Alexandra Harper Millinery London delivers to the following areas:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail UK, unless agreed otherwise (or if deemed necessary by AHM).

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed on our site are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 14 business days, depending on your location and stock availability. A number of our pieces are made to order – if your order contains such an item, will we contact you to confirm the details.

Alexandra Harper Millinery London processes orders within one to two business days, and delivery occurs Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Made to order items will ship within 2-4 weeks, while in-stock items will ship in 1-2 business days.

If you have a specific deadline or time requirement, please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with an expected delivery date. Royal Mail will confirm delivery details via SMS or email.

 

DELIVERY FEES

All domestic UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 Service.

All European orders are shipped for a nominal flat fee of £10 via Royal Mail’s Tracked International Service.

All other destinations (including North America and Oceania) are shipped for a nominal flat fee of £15 via Royal Mail’s Tracked International Service.

 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

Delivery charges do not include customs or duty charges that may be incurred for overseas shipments. 

Alexandra Harper Millinery London is not responsible for any customs or duty charges, additional costs or shipment delays that are a result of an international shipment. 

Please note that our pieces may contain feathers or fibres that are not permitted in your country (especially Australia, New Zealand and USA). We will contact you before completing your order if there is a potential concern.
