5.2 Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

 

6. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)


If you are a UK consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

6.2 Returns

You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

6.3 Refunds

If you cancel in accordance with our Terms, we will refund the price you paid for the products, minus a nominal £5 returns fee. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit as per our Returns Policy.

6.4 Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right to cancel will not apply to certain goods, including but not limited to:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
• personalised or bespoke items;

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We try to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on your screen and/or device. Product measurements and specifications may be approximate.

 

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to additional terms stated at the time of issue. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retrospectively.
