A large, black velvet coolie shape has been hand-beaded with a galaxy of metallic stars and beads – shimmering tones of gold, silver and bronze.
The platter headpiece rests on a hidden but substantial base, which means the piece sits securely and firmly on the head.

PLACEMENT GUIDE
This piece can be worn on the right or the left side, perched down on the forehead. Under the large platter brim is a substantial beret-shaped headpiece that keeps the hat absolutely solid and secure. A double elastic and metal comb secure the piece in place.
