Delivery and Returns


All of our domestic orders are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail or DHL. You can choose your preferred delivery option at Checkout.


All of our international orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery charges do not include customs or duty charges that may be incurred for overseas shipments. Alexandra Harper Millinery is not responsible for any customs or duty charges, additional costs or shipment delays that are a result of an international shipment.

Please note that our pieces may contain feathers or fibres that are not permitted in your country (especially Australia, New Zealand and USA). We will contact you before completing your order if there is a potential concern.

Alexandra Harper Millinery is not responsible for any pieces held under quarantine or any associated costs incurred.


Delivery times are a guide only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

All pieces come elegantly packaged in acid-free tissue paper and an Alexandra Harper Millinery London branded hat box. A cardboard mailing box protects the package, and all of our packaging materials are recyclable.

We love gift styling at Alexandra Harper Millinery, so please leave us a note at Checkout and we will provide complimentary gift wrapping, styling and gift card.


If the piece you purchased does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a complimentary exchange or refund where possible. We are unable to refund or exchange a piece that has been made-to-order or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please follow the Returns Instructions included with your package. You will need to request a Returns Number within 7 days of receipt of your piece, and that piece must be returned to Alexandra Harper Millinery within 14 days and meet the requirements below:
– the piece must be entirely unworn, pristine and complete with original tags still attached
– the piece must be in its original, undamaged packaging

We will email you a shipping label and instructions on how to process the return.
