Delivery and Returns
We ship all of our orders via courier, requiring a signature on delivery. All pieces come elegantly packaged in acid-free tissue paper with a travel-appropriate hat box.
All items will be shipped same day (or day following) the placement of your order.
Pieces may be collected free of charge at our London (EC1) studio, by appointment only.
Delivery charges do not include customs or duty charges that may be incurred for overseas shipments. Alexandra Harper Millinery is not responsible for any additional costs or shipment delays as a result of an international shipment. Please also note that our pieces may contain feathers or fibres that are not permitted in your country (especially Australia, New Zealand and USA). We will contact you before completing your order if there is a potential concern.
Alexandra Harper Millinery is not responsible for any pieces held under quarantine or any associated costs incurred.
Delivery times are a guide only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

At Alexandra Harper Millinery, we provide complimentary returns. Please email us for a returns number and complete the form enclosed with your shipment. We will email you a shipping label and inform you of the day the courier will pick up the package from your location.
We cannot refund or exchange an item that has had the returns swing tag removed. All returned pieces must be in unworn, pristine condition, inside the undamaged, original packaging.
